02 Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain an account on khelo24, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

03 Account Registration & Verification
When you register an account on khelo24, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: khelo24 is required to verify the identity of players prior to processing withdrawals and may conduct identity checks at any point during your use of the Platform. The standard documents required for verification are:
- Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued document — National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. The document must show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
- Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last three months showing your name and residential address in Bangladesh.
- Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph confirming ownership of the MFS account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used for deposits, where required.
KYC documents must be submitted in English or Bangla. All submitted documents are stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to account closure.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
khelo24 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the approved payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of your transaction. Current supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits:
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
- Maximum deposit limits are set per payment method and displayed at the point of deposit. Players may also set personal deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings.
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes of confirmed payment. In the event of a delay, contact support with your transaction reference number.
- khelo24 does not charge a fee for deposits. Your MFS provider may apply standard transfer charges according to their own fee schedule.
Withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit (the "same-source" rule applies to prevent money laundering).
- Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash or Nagad is within 2 hours for verified accounts. Bank card withdrawals may take 3–5 working days depending on the issuing bank.
- khelo24 does not charge withdrawal fees on MFS transactions. A small processing fee may apply to international card withdrawals; this will be displayed before you confirm the transaction.
- A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until identity verification is complete.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
khelo24 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Welcome Bonus: New players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 100% matched deposit bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500. The welcome bonus is subject to a 30x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount.
General Bonus Rules applicable to all promotions:
- Bonuses are credited in bonus funds and will be visible in your bonus wallet. Bonus funds are played before real-money funds.
- The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Game contribution rates: Slots and crash games — 100%; Live casino table games — 10%; Sports bets at odds of 1.5 or greater — 100%; Sports bets at odds below 1.5 — 0%.
- A maximum bet of ৳2,000 per round or bet applies while a wagering requirement is active. Bets exceeding this limit will not count toward wagering and any resulting winnings may be voided.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value.
- khelo24 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to players' accounts.
- Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, systematic exploitation of low-edge games to clear wagering requirements, or coordinated bonus abuse with other players — will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
06 Betting & Gaming Rules
By using the khelo24 sportsbook and casino, you acknowledge and accept the following rules governing all wagering activity on the Platform.
Sports Betting:
- All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation; once a bet is accepted, the locked odds apply.
- In the event that a match, fixture, or event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum required play time has elapsed (as defined in the sport-specific rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of khelo24's trading team. The Platform reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted before market suspension will stand; bets submitted during suspension will be void.
- khelo24 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of price manipulation, match-fixing, or irregular betting patterns that suggest insider information has been used.
- Maximum payout per event is ৳5,000,000 unless a specific market page states otherwise. Accumulator (parlay) bets are subject to a maximum accumulator payout of ৳2,000,000.
Casino & Slot Games:
- All casino games and slot titles on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently verified for fairness by third-party auditing organisations.
- In the event of a disconnection during a game round, any active round will be completed and the result recorded by the game server. The result of a completed round stands, regardless of whether the Player was connected at the time of conclusion.
- khelo24 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures on the Player's side, including internet disconnections, device failures, or browser errors.
- Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full as a lump sum unless the specific game's rules state otherwise. Jackpot amounts displayed in-game are approximate and subject to the game provider's own verification process.
07 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the khelo24 Platform. Engaging in any of the below activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared IP addresses.
- Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, including using multiple identities, coordinating with other players to farm bonuses, or using automated software to meet wagering requirements.
- Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes with your bank or MFS provider after funds have been credited and used for betting. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players in card games or other skill-based games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the house.
- Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or other automated tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
- Insider information: Placing bets using material non-public information, including information about match outcomes, player injuries, or team selections not yet publicly disclosed.
- Exploitation of software errors: Knowingly exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the Platform's software to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error are void.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. khelo24 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
khelo24 employs a dedicated risk and integrity team that monitors all accounts and transactions for indicators of prohibited conduct. The Platform uses automated detection systems and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Platform will take all necessary remedial action including recovering any funds extracted through improper means.
08 Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your khelo24 account at any time by contacting the support team at . Upon receipt of a valid closure request, your account will be closed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.
Involuntary Suspension or Closure: khelo24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account with or without prior notice where:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
- The Player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- The Platform reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
- A payment chargeback has been initiated against a transaction associated with the account.
- The Player's continued use of the Platform poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to khelo24.
In cases of involuntary closure for breach of terms, khelo24 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no misconduct occurred, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will not be returned in the event of a terms breach.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours up to 5 years through their account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no access to gambling services will be permitted. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the agreed period ends.
